We hope you will enjoy our apartment as much as we do!   It is centrally located, but on a quiet street in the historic “Jewish Ghetto”.  So we are a short walk from an infinity of shops and restaurants, for example a 10 minute walk to Campo de’ Fiori or the wonderful Trastevere neighborhood.  All the major sites of Rome are within walking distance. At the same time, there is almost no street traffic nor any weekend party noise.
 
We are spoiled with space, with a large living / dining room area and 2 king bedrooms.   Note that a 3rd room can be configured as a small workstation, or as a small single (77x200 cm bed) bedroom – Please let us know your preference in advance.  There are 3 AC units, in each of the 2 king bedrooms and the main living / dining room area.  The kitchen is tiny, but we splurged on a dishwasher!
 
The best part is our rooftop terrace, from where you can look down on the ancient Roman Theater of Marcellus, or look out to see the steeples of 6 different churches and the Synagogue of Rome.... All while enjoying your morning coffee or evening aperitivo.   Feel free to pick roses from the terrace, as well as herbs, tomatoes, eggplant and peppers when they’re in season.

Note that there are 18 steps to get into the apartment. Then there are 17 steps inside the apartment to access the rooftop terrace.

Whether it’s working from home with high speed internet in our dedicated newly-decorated office space, or cosying up with a book in our living room, come and stay at ours if you want to discover a residential, quiet neighbourhood of South East London, but only be 5 mins walk to busy high streets. Central London is also from only 20 mins away by train, from 3 different train stations nearby. We live in a Victorian house, which we’ve renovated with a modern but cosy twist, with interior touches the discerning eye will spot. We love our home - and neighbourhood so much - we hope you do too!
