Modern, warm and inviting stay surrounded by canals

Peaceful and sunny Manhattan home

Just renovated 3 years ago and I consider this my sanctuary as I picked out every single finish. Hope you like it as much as I do - it’s compact, cozy, and comfortable. There’s a projector for movie nights, appointed kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer-dryer, and a workspace with an Apple Studio Display for working. 

The bedroom is a cave with a comfy Casper mattress and you will sleep endlessly. 

I ask that you feed my cat wet food once a day and change her water. Otherwise, she hs an automatic dry food dispenser and uses the human toilet, so no other responsibilites. 

Apartment is located a block away from a bustling street but still quiet enough at night where you don't hear a thing. Soho is the best neighborhood in Manhattan. You'll have everything you need within a 0.5 radius. Art galleries, amazing restaurants, bars, rooftops, shopping, all within walking distance. 

For transportation you have within a few blocks: multiple subway lines that connect to all 3 airports, electric Citibike stations, lots of available taxis to wave down just one street over, and of course Uber/Lyft available also!

There is a cleaning fee of $125 which goes directly to my cleaner.

We love our charming two-bedroom duplex apartment in the heart of the historic Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Our home offers easy access to public transport into Manhattan, making it ideal for exploring the city. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, you’ll also find a variety of fantastic food and drink options just steps away.

We have two cozy workstations (one upstairs and one downstairs), perfect for remote work. For fitness enthusiasts, we have a stationary bike and a set of free weights to stay active during your stay. Our apartment features two bathrooms (one on each floor), a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom to ensure a restful night.

We also have a sunny backyard equipped with a grill and fire pit for outdoor relaxation, making it a great spot to unwind. We share our home with two lovely, well-behaved cats who enjoy company and will add to the warmth of your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful Brooklyn retreat!
