I love my Fairfax/west Hollywood home. My building features a lot of vintage charm with great upkeep so it doesn’t feel old or outdated. Exposed beams give it a lot of character  while dark walnut doors and windows throughout give it a bright, sunny and cozy vibe. 

My home is my favorite place to be and my friends and family can attest to its peaceful energy and well-thought out design. I’ve put a lot into the aesthetics of the home (French modern would be the theme) and have loved making this space a reflection of my personality. The walls have everything from vintage art and frames to modern touches for a mix of a home-y vibe that feels so cozy and welcoming. 

Things to note: 
- free street parking, be mindful of street sweeping says (Monday and Tuesday). 
- I do not wear shoes in the home, I would so appreciate them same. 
- upstairs neighbors are very respectful, sometimes you will hear them walking but nothing is ever too loud.
-location is key! Walking distance to erewhon, The Grove, Helen’s Wines, Andante coffee and Jon & Vinny’s restaurant. 
-neighborhood is quaint and extremely walkable.

Sandwiched between Santa Monica beach and Ocean Park's main entertainment block (Main St.), this chic beach pad features high ceilings, modern furnishings, a sizeable kitchen, a balcony, hanging plants and plenty of natural light.

Outfitted for entertaining, the massive, 8-person dining table and large, fully equipped open kitchen, are great for cooking and socializing. A Chromecast enabled video projector lights up the entire living room wall, while KEF wireless speakers allow you to stream crystal clear sound from any device.

Furnished during WFH year, the apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi, an external monitor and a Deskview standing work station. Last but not least, the luxe bedroom features a canopy bed, super-thick pile sheepskin rug and a walk-in closet.

You'll be torn between walking barefoot to the beach for picnics/sunsets and strutting your snazziest outfit to trendy bars and restaurants a few steps in the other direction.

We love the home we are building together, its an amazing location in the best part of the city, its a beautiful place in a unique complex, one of its kind with friendly people, mostly quiet and close to parks and best restaurants in town, defenetly very centric and close to the cities attractions, very well equiped and cozy. We love living here!!!
