Never had any complaints as a host and as a guest I had 1 not-so-great experience but only once over 10+ stays probably.

I always worry about cat fur specifically (my cat sheds a fair bit and I try my best to use lint rollers on the furniture often but I’m not sure how much the cleaners are doing about that if at all) but since the chat freezes after the stay is done, I haven’t been able to ask guests retrospectively.

Oh that’s a good point - I had guests cancel request once they knew I had a cat because of allergies (regardless of my cat staying in the place or not). So maybe a good flag to put in the profile of guests who have allergies!

I’m a clean freak as it is so having the house cleaned before the stay only makes it clean-er.

I am the same as @Dan above. My partner jokes that the cleaner has nothing to clean because it’s never messy/dirty due to my daily scrubbings of baseboards HA. Our cleaner probably really likes us because they barely have to do anything. My only negative cleaning experience was less so in regards to the cleanliness itself, but more so concerning the cleaning products used. During our 4 day stay all I could smell was the intense and over powering smell of Fabuloso (IYKYK).
