Sheryl, Emily, and Francesca

Hi everyone, I’m Sheryl! I’m a startup operator and yoga teacher, originally from Brooklyn and now based in Los Angeles for the past two and a half years. I’m a big people person and frequently host yoga events, 100-person field days, and other gatherings. I also love solo travel—ask me about the time I lived in Bali with a monk! In my free time, I love going to live shows (I’m a big electronic music fan), golfing, skiing, surfing, pottery, and book club. My roommates and I also do “Free Will Fridays,” when we try something new together. Past adventures have included trapeze, roller-skating, improv, rock climbing, surfing, and fencing. I share my home with my roommates, Emily and Francesca. Emily is a talented interior designer who gave our apartment its mid-century-modern, Palm Springs-inspired look. Francesca works in tech, previously competed on the U.S. National Fencing Team, and—true to her Italian roots—hosts incredible dinner parties and Nerd Nite talks.
