My home is a book and art lover’s paradise. I am a collector, so if you are aesthetically or literary minded, you will love my place!

I also love to cook so you will find everything you need if you decide to stay in—chef’s knives like Miyabi, Le Creuset stock pots and cocottes, Our Place sheet pans, and more. You are also very welcome to use the many specialty spices and ingredients I have carefully sourced.

Carroll Gardens is a restaurant haven, though, so no need to cook if you don’t wish—I live above one of the best Italian restaurants in the city—Frankie’s 457–and its pizzeria, F&F. And the famed Lucali (featured everywhere from Netflix to the NYT and…Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s favorite spot for ‘za) is only a five-minute walk away. For basketball or concerts, Barclays Center is a ten-minute Uber ride. The neighborhood is one of the safest in the city and beautifully brownstoned—such a pleasure to stroll through. 

In the living room, I have ample seating with an extra-long and very comfortable couch, as well as a brand-new Samsung Frame TV with a Nintendo Switch, if you fancy a game. The apartment is light-filled, with a skylight in the living room and nice, big windows throughout. At night, it is incredibly cozy with a candle lit, snuggled under a blanket. 

The bedroom has a six-month-old queen-sized Helix mattress—you can fall asleep in a blink. I have a desk in my bedroom if you need to get some work done.

I also have a very cute tiny terrace off my bedroom—perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

A few things to note:

**My place is very quiet—I never hear my neighbors!

**I live in an old Brooklyn building, which means it is full of charm but also some quirky foibles like no dishwasher and old-tiled bathroom.

**I have a dog who will not be present during your stay but you may find a random hair here or there, as well as a tennis ball. :) As long as your dog is well-behaved, I am open to your pet staying here!

Lovely and spacious condo setup like an Hacienda with inner courtyard, pool, jacuzzi and hammocks. 

My home is 2 bedrooms but the master’s room
is locked out to guests since I use it for storage while I am away. You’ll have access to everything else in the house including a full length terrace! 

- Longboard surf break 30 seconds from the house, no need for shoes! 
- You’ll have all you need for a pleasant workcation, couple vacation or little family getaway. 
- Restaurants, markets, shops, hospital and bus stop within 1-5 mins walking distance.
