Elevated and luxurious Casita by the ocean 

The casita has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king) with on suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, open to the living, and a 4 person dining space nestled by a garden view fireplace. The bonus of this space provides a private courtyard where you can enjoy the outdoors away from the common spaces with a 4 person dining space. The roof deck has lounge seating and a built-in fireplace to star gaze or watch the whales.
In the front of these the casita is the 18' x 40' heated pool. The saltwater pool features a 6-person jacuzzi, sunken swim up bar and grill area with a fridge and sink to keep the party going. Centrally located to the pool, you will find the outdoor pool shower and outdoor bathroom tucked away behind the stone wall water feature. 

PLEASE NOTE: The casita rental INCLUDES the entire property, with the exception of access to the main house. I may be in the Main House during your stay but full privacy is always provided!

Our place is on Nieuwendammerdijk, a quiet, historic street right by Het Vliegenbos, the city’s oldest forest. It feels like a little escape from the city, but Central Station and the rest of the city are just 15 minutes away by bike or subway (12 minute walk, 1 minute subway ride)

You’ll be looking after Siem and Mickey, our two cats. They need feeding twice a day—one has allergies, so it requires a little care, but nothing tricky—and their litter scooped daily. They’re pretty independent but will definitely appreciate some attention.

The house itself was recently renovated, with hardwood floors and a beautiful marble countertop, so we’d love someone who will treat it with care. Any acids on the countertop need to be wiped, for example. Other than that, just make yourself at home and enjoy the neighborhood.

Hello! 

Our home is located in a safe, quiet and family-centric neighbourhood called Niño Jesus. Our biggest amenity is the location, it is 2 minutes away from Retiro Park, 15 minute walk to Ibiza, an area known for amazing food, 20 minute walk to Atocha train station and all the biggest museums in Madrid. 

We have 1 main bedroom and 1 flexible room that we use as an office, guest bedroom and for our daughter’s bedroom when grows a bit bigger. Our home is not huge! But doesn’t feel small. It is optimised for our lifestyle and for small families alike.

You will appreciate our flat if you:
- A couple or a family with a small child
- You love being in centre but still very quiet
- You want your child to be comfortable when you travel, we have a white noise machine, Stokke Cot on wheels, if your child sleeps in the same room with you or not, Stokke High Chair for feeding and a Ergobaby Bouncer and a soft cushioned carpet made for babies to play in
- Convenience - 2 minutes away from the park, groceries, paid parking and public transportation

You might not like our flat if:
- You are expecting a huge space, our home feels spacious but not big, 55sqm
- You need a big kitchen, chef
- You are extremely sensitive to sound, like many old apartment buildings in Spain, sound proofing is not the best. You will hear movement by neighbours but at a tolerable level

We would like you to:
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the apartment, please go down the street if you do, smoking inside the house is a hard no
- Treat our home as if it’s yours, our pieces in the house, specially the cot and high chair, are extremely sentimental for us and we would appreciate the outmost care when you use them

The house has been completely renovated this summer ‘24.
It’s equipped with all the main fornitures.
Best part of the house is the area where’s located. I’t a few steps from Baisilica San Paolo and metro station (4 stops from colosseum). 
You’re in the city center in 15 minutes but at the Same time you’re in the heart the authentic and vibrant neighborhood of Ostiense with his bar and restaurant. This is a trendy Area where locals live.
Just to be clear, do not expect to see any ruin from the window :). 
The house is good for discovering Rome.
