A modern, cosy two-bed, two-bath flat in Zone 3, West London.

IMPORTANT: the flat comes with two lovely, gentle cats. They are quite independent, have their own outdoor access via a smart cat-flap, but you will be expected to look after them a little and be kind to them. Keep swiping pictures in the listing for photos of Mini and Whiskey. 

THE SPACE. This is a modern two-bedroom, two bathroom flat in West London. It is an airy and sunny flat with lots of windows. The flat has its own entrance and has step-free access. 

There’s a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a functional bed (single turns into king size bed) and a workspace, a second bathroom with a bath; open space kitchen/dining and living room with a sofa bed. The dining table can double up as a workspace (sits 6-8 people). The living room can be extended into the cosy patio in warm summer days. 

The flat can fit up to six people, however keep in mind that the third bed is a small double sofa bed in the living room. 

If you require a travel cot or anything to make your stay more comfortable, let me know and I may be able to arrange before your arrival!

LOCATION. The flat is located in a private, quiet, secluded development away from the main roads. It sits on the border between Ealing and Brentford and has excellent transport links. It is located in an easily commutable distance between Heathrow Airport and central London. Zone 3 Northfields station is a 10-15 minute walk or a quick bus ride away, Brentford train station is a 7-minute walk, and Elizabeth line (West Ealing or Ealing Broadway stations) are a short bus ride away. 

The area is family-friendly and should you decide to live like a local - you can enjoy many of the green spaces the area offers - Blondin Park, Boston Manor, River Brent walks, Brentford waterside, Lammas Park or Gunnersbury Park as well as many independent cafés and restaurants of Northfields avenue or Brentford riverside.

Welcome to our Wicklow retreat, a unique, stylish and generously sized space in which you can truly relax. Our home is located within easy walking distance of beautiful Enniskerry village, only 20km from Dublin city centre. We are also on the doorstep of the Wicklow Way, Powerscourt Estate and the Dublin and Wicklow mountains.

An architecturally designed house with stunning features including 2 spacious and well appointed double en suite bedrooms (one with balcony) boasting spectacular views of the sea and Wicklow mountains and a beautiful garden. The sunrise views from the top floor are spectacular.

The west facing bedroom has views of the gently swaying trees, colourful garden and Wicklow mountains and the east facing bedroom boasts a balcony which opens up to panoramic views of the Sugarloaf Mountain and the Irish sea (and spectacular sunrises). Both are calm spaces filled with luxurious natural materials. 

Allow yourself to truly retreat after a day exploring the beautiful Wicklow countryside. Choose a book to browse from the eclectic book collection in your room or bring your tea outside to the balcony or the garden. Roll out your yoga mat and exhale.

In the summer, enjoy an evening in the west facing back garden on the fringes of Powerscourt estate and watch the birds flying amongst the trees. 

Wander down to Enniskerry village, a mere 15 minute walk. If you're lucky, you might even spot a small herd of deer traversing the road. Grab a coffee and pastry in one of our local cafes and enjoy slow village life. Walk the stunning avenue of Powerscourt Estate, play a round of golf or  pop into Avoca for a browse. Visit the impressive Powerscourt Gardens or immerse yourself in the natural wonders of Knocksink Wood. All within walking distance of our home.

Hike the trails at Curtlestown or Oak Glen, only 5 mins by car or Maulin and Crone Woods or Djouce, 10 mins by car. For mountain biking, Glencullen Adventure Park (GAP) and Ballinastoe are within 15 mins drive. You could spend days exploring the hills and trails in the Enniskerry environs but if you fancy travelling slightly further afield, Glendalough is only about 35 mins drive away. Also within easy reach are the Devils Glen, Avondale Forest Park and Glenmalure, to name but a few. We could go on....!

In the evening, there are restaurants in Enniskerry, including our favourite, Emilia's Italian. Bray and Stepaside, both a 10 minute drive away, have many dining options.

Our home is located in the middle of the city with easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, etc. – you name it.

Since it's in a single apartment building, it has clear views from either side and plenty of sunlight throughout the day. When the sky is clear at night, you'll also sleep under the moonlight & stars.

The neighborhood is also quiet, making living here very peaceful.

This tiny but confy apartment it's our favorite place of the main house. We really love how the sun enter thru the Windows in the morning. A Hot coffe watching the Sun raising or how the tree and leaves with the Wind are reflected on the Infinity pool at sunset. 
It's a very peaceful place where even in the winter you can settle, staying warm and enjoying the views. We love the calm that give every corner of this apartment and how everybody enjoy and feel like home when come to visit.

We're just 5 minutes by car from the Girona Old town and located in the "Val de Llemena" that is one of the best zone for cycling in Europe and the world. Located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, we're also a 30 minutes from the famous Costa Brava and its beautiful and typical beaches.

We've also recently added a jacuzzi for 6 pax for the cold seasons and we discovered that our Webber serves as oven so we're enjoy a lot of family pizza nights out here! 

We LOVE discovering New places where eating so feel free to ask US food recomendations!

Our home is what we lovingly call “weird,” but in the best way! The open-plan design means there’s not much privacy, but the quirky floor plan and creative decor make it truly one of a kind. We’ve designed the space to reflect our personalities, featuring a cozy reading section and even a hanging bed – trust us, you’ll understand when you see the pictures!

Please note, the apartment has steps leading to the bed, so it might not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. It’s ideal for those who appreciate a unique, ever-evolving living space.

My apartment offers a peaceful oasis despite being near a busy street, thanks to its location behind a soundproof gate in a serene backyard. You’ll wake up to birds chirping and might even spot squirrels visiting the sunny, south-facing balcony. The couch in the living rooms transforms to a bed for two. The house has eight individual apartments, all soundproof, so it’s wonderfully quiet.

With lots of windows, the apartment is bright and welcoming. It’s also perfectly situated—just a 5-minute walk to the subway, which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. A large park with off-leash areas for dogs and several playgrounds is nearby, as is the Isar river, where you can run, swim, or relax. Grocery stores and bakeries are just around the corner, making life here both convenient and enjoyable.

Within a 10 min walking distance you will also find a reformer Pilates studio, a Beat81 spin studio, a DAV climbing hall and two tennis courts. 

If you’re coming here for Octoberfest, note that the U3 subway will take you to the festival within 5 min.

You can easily get around the city with public transport, there is a tram station right in front of the building.
Also the airport is easily accessible by taking the S-bahn a few meters from my home.

Our magical home is in Soller, less than 5 min drive to a gorgeous beach, to town or to fornalutx. It’s super quiet, with a private entrance from the road. We have 4 bed, 3 bath + hammock pool all the amenities AC wifi dishwasher etc. The home is truly an oasis and in the perfect location for summer. We have two sweet cats that would need a bit of care - they are mostly outside so no litter box and we have an auto feeder for dry food they’d just need some wet food once a day and some cuddles if possible.

Our home is a historic house from 1914 that we have renovated during the past 3 years inside and out. We have done everything from changing floors, kitchen, windows to making a new bathroom and adding iron the outer walls and doing a full paint job.
The house has lots of natural sunlight all day long and we have an amazing large garden with lots of old trees, flowers, fruit, a trampoline and a 40m2 large wooden deck (that we spend our summers on as much as possible). 
We have home offices in the (liveable) basement, which can be made available, but only upon request as they are quite personal/holds “business secrets”.

We are super close to the city centre, but not in the centre, so it is a very peaceful, safe and friendly neighbourhood we live in. Just around the corner is public transportation and the metro, but you can literally jump on a bicycle and go anywhere in Copenhagen from our place. 
Tivoli, the Zoo, harbour baths, parks, Carlsberg and much more is just 5-10-15 minutes away on a bicycle. 

Our home is family friendly and as we have 3 children indifferent age groups you can find everything from Lego and teddy bears to board games and books.
