Our home is located in a safe, quiet, residential area in the middle of the city. Recently renovated with a modern extension, our house like ours is rare in central Dublin.

We’re walking distance to everything with several convenient bus routes if it’s raining or your feet need a rest.

Close to several grocery stores within 10 min walk (Tesco, Spar, the Corner Butcher) if you prefer to cook at home. Or explore one of the many Michelin rated restaurants Dublin has to offer!

We live in a very accessible family-oriented neighborhood. 

Since we are near some main highways, we can easily access desirable neighborhoods, such as Coral Gables, Brickell, Wynwood and South Beach, despite not being located directly in those neighborhoods.

We are located next two wonderful parks (Tropical Park and AD Barnes) that are great for both adults and children alike.

One of our favorite things about our home is our spacious open living room that opens up to our backyard, which is complete with a salt-water swimming pool, a patio with a table, chairs and grill, a pergola with two rocking chairs and a fenced in grassy area with a swing set. 

Our home is safe for babies and children as we have 2 young children (4 and under) and there are plenty of fun toys and climbing gyms for young kiddos. We have a twin bed in a bedroom that is low to the ground, along with another twin mattress that can be used as a floor mattress. We also have 2 stokke trip trapp chairs (1 with the baby attachment and 1 without it).

We have an office complete with a printer, 2 standing desks, a walking pad and monitors that you are free to use. The only thing to keep in mind is that both desks share the same office space. While it is pretty sound proof from the rest of the home (with the door closed), both desks share the same room. 

While our house says it is 2 stories, that’s because the kitchen and bedrooms are slightly elevated (split home) but there are only 3 steps and not a full staircase in case accessibility is an issue.

Very well located sunny apartment in the trendy Roma Norte neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Fuente de la Cibeles and from the iconic Reforma Avenue and Angel de la Independencia. Walking distance from many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I’ll be happy to recommend my favorite places! 

The apartment has a spacious living room and fully equipped open kitchen with all the appliances you might need: airfryer, thermomix, nutribullet.

There are two complete bathrooms and a half bathroom, one bedroom and a reading room that also has a couch that can turn into a small bed for one person.

You’ll have access to all of the apartment except a small room used for storage.

Welcome to the beach! 🏖️ Our house is on the beach side of Bonnet Shores in Narragansett. It’s a 5-minute walk from beautiful (and private) Kelly Beach We provide beach chairs and two beach carts. 

After a day at the beach, rinse off in our outdoor shower 🚿, then relax in a bright sun-lit (and air conditioned) space, vaulted ceilings, and coastal decor 🐚. Enjoy a family dinner in the open concept  dining room or on the deck with a cypress tree backdrop for privacy 🌿. And don’t worry, we have a big lobster pot on hand if you plan to enjoy the fresh local seafood at nearby markets (or in case you plan to go clamming)!

Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the patio nestled among roses or gaze at the stars ✨ in the evening on the patio sofas in front of the gas fire table. 

Retreat for some quiet time in the spacious, sunny primary  bedroom that spans the whole top floor and features a cozy king bed, large en suite bathroom, sitting area with daybed, balcony with two chairs, and a small office. 

The second bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed as well as a laundry in the closet. It connects to that floor’s bathroom and can be closed off as an en suite bedroom at night. The main floor’s bathroom also features a large jetted tub. 🛁

The lower-level floor with in-law suite is great for kids or just to have another area to hang out with its own large living room with a second TV for movies or sports (plus its own kitchen if you want to make nachos or popcorn🍿). This level also has a full bathroom, a second set of laundry machines, and a third bedroom with a full and twin bed, plus a daybed with a trundle in the living room. 

Bonnet Shores is a stone’s throw from all of the Narragansett beaches (surfing anyone? 🏄‍♀️), restaurants, the Narrow River, Newport, Jamestown, the Block Island Ferry⛴️, and all of the activities that South County, RI has to offer! 🌊
