Fully furnished, perfect for family with a young kid, our daughter is 1 year old. 
Two dedicated workspaces are available because we both work from home. 
Very quiet area, private residency with a small park. Well connected, highway and public transport with the tram that brings you directly to the city center. 
20 min by car from the beach. 
5 minutes walk from the supermarkets and boulangerie. 
We love our flat, modern decoration and also kids friendly. Evening on the balcony are just the perfect way to relax.

Welcome to our home! Perched on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, our 90m² apartment is a bright, cozy, and spacious base for exploring the best of Geneva.

The heart of our home is the large, sun-filled living room (when the Geneva sun decides to make an appearance!), which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen—a perfect spot to relax, cook, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. The apartment features two bedrooms: one spacious and comfortable with a double bed, and a smaller one with a toddler’s bed, perfect for little ones. We also have an office space, though we like to be upfront that it might not always be accessible, as it often doubles as storage for all the kids’ stuff that seems to take over our lives! We even have a small balcony looking towards a peaceful inner court. Our building features a shared rooftop from where you can catch a glimpse of the lake and the old town. 

We live in the Paquis neighborhood, which is one of Geneva's most dynamic and multicultural areas, offering a unique blend of urban energy and local charm. Located just steps from Lake Geneva and the city center, it’s known for its vibrant atmosphere, diverse restaurants, and cozy cafés - we'll be happy to share with you our favorite spots! There are parks with playgrounds at a walking distance. The train station is only a 7 minute walk from our place and there are plenty of supermarkets at a walking distance. 

The area is also home to the famous Bains des Pâquis, a popular spot for swimming, sauna, or having a fondue by the lake. With excellent public transport connections and plenty of shops, parks, and cultural venues nearby, Paquis is an ideal base for exploring all that Geneva has to offer.
