The shower is a favorite, it’s unconventional and feels like you’re showering outside, the best time to shower is when it’s raining with the warm water pouring on you as you watch the rain fall on the opaque roof. (It’s private) 

Great for a romantic get away or family time. It’s like a step in the past. There is a Tv but we kept it in the closet, it’s light weight and easy to move around to the house if need. 

100 year old house, lots of charm, stained windows, quirky & cozy, not fancy but well kept.

House has a small but mighty kitchen & bbq area for cooking up meals. Double Cafe brand oven is a bonus.  

Master bed has a 7’ skylight over the bed to tree gaze (no direct morning light) 

2 car parking, must pull all the way up to not block the neighbors turn around at the bottom of the hill 

It’s extremely quiet most of the time except  neighbors coming home or kids playing occasionally

One of the BEST aspects of our home is its proximity to downtown Napa - just a 7 block walk passing through a redwood tree-lined street of 100+ year old Victorian homes that lead to dozens of restaurants and wine tasting rooms and collectives.  Not to mention plenty of shopping if that’s your thing. You may also want to also visit an actual winery site, with wine caves and/or a production site or barrel room where tours provide you with behind the scenes explanation of the process from harvest to bottle. These tours/visits should really be done via a hired driver (Uber/Lyft or limousine service, to avoid the devastating impact of a potential driving-while-intoxicated incident. Just one more reason why you likely do not require a car if you stay at our home.

Once settled in, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, along with an adjustable desk, WiFi, and printer should you require to get some work done.

We love our super friendly community of Napa, as well as showing it off... and have a list of our favorites we are happy to share in advance so you can be prepared upon your arrival. Cheers!!

Welcome to our spacious, sun-filled, three-bedroom apartment, perfectly located on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn! Just a 5-minute walk to the G train and a 10-minute walk to the C, our home offers easy access around Brooklyn and Manhattan. 

Our quiet, tree-lined neighborhood has a family-friendly atmosphere but also features a vibrant selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Plus, with a YMCA just two blocks away, you’ll have access to a gym with our membership if you like!

The apartment comfortably sleeps six people, with the option for a seventh on the couch, and includes family-friendly amenities such as a crib, toys, a white noise machine, and children’s books for those traveling with little ones. You’ll also have access to modern conveniences like an in-unit washer/dryer, Apple TV with all your favorite streaming services, and a PlayStation 5 or Wii upon request. The apartment is equipped with AC/Heat units in every room for your comfort, and two dedicated desks in the guest bedroom offer plenty of space for work or study.

A little about us: We’re Duncan and Flo, a travel-loving couple who split our time between different states and countries to visit family and friends. Flo is a proud New Yorker, while Duncan hails from North Carolina. We’re also HUGE Survivor fans and our friends even host in real life Survivor seasons. Our home has a couple of victory trophies from them that you may spot during your stay!

On nearly half an acre, this four bedroom, two bath home allows for a peaceful getaway in comfort and style. Additional guest cottage available during warmer months, with bedroom, lounge area and full bathroom (many not be suitable during winter months due to lack of heating).
