Stylish and modern home spread across 3 floors. This is the one and big of the two units and it's featuring a comfortable attic and an elegant living room. This property exudes luxury, reminiscent of a 5-star hotel with stunning sea views in the front and picturesque mountain views in the back. Conveniently located just 23 minutes from the heart of Athens, 12 minutes from the airport, and a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Surrounding the area are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and a charming outdoor cinema. My home is a haven of coziness and charm. Every corner holds something to captivate the eye, creating a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The private outdoor area offers a peaceful retreat, while each unique bedroom boasts its own distinct features worth admiring. Natural light floods the space, adding warmth and inviting energy. My favorite area is the attic which exudes charm and comfort, encompassing all the elements of a truly comforting and inviting home.

Our apartment is full of light with a great view of a relatively quiet Brooklyn street, although very close to a busy street full of restaurants. We do have a fire station one block away so occasionally we have a fire truck, but nothing too unusual for New York City. We are on the fourth floor, so relatively insulated from the street sounds. I love how cozy our room and living room are, and we have a big dining room table perfect for dinner or work. Our kitchen is relatively small, common for Brooklyn.

Our home offers a spacious living area with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower. The guest room features a sofa bed and a desk, making it ideal for remote work. The house comes with everything you might need, including internet access, perfect for those working from home. We're also happy to share tips and recommendations about Milan and the surrounding areas.

As for the neighborhood, Giambellino is a residential area located in the southwest of Milan, known for its rich cultural diversity and strong sense of community. Traditionally a working-class neighborhood, it showcases a blend of older and newer housing. The area provides access to schools, parks, local markets, and efficient public transportation, with tram number 14 being a convenient option or the metro m4 that brings you to San Babila but also to Linate.

Nearby, you'll find supermarkets, numerous pizzerias, breakfast cafes, and great bars for aperitifs or a casual beer.

Welcome to our cozy Amsterdam apartment!

Our home is a bright one-bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor of a charming building.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with large closets, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The living room is light-filled and cozy, with a comfy sofa, a dining area, and space to relax after a day of exploring.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and counter and cupboard space—perfect for cooking a nice meal. There’s also a fridge/freezer, and a washing machine.

One of the highlights is our private terrace, located on the sunny southwest side, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Our lovely cat George will stay in our apartment during your stay. He’s very friendly, but does have access to the bedroom so you have to be comfortable having him around.

We love our neighborhood! Just around the corner is Javaplein, with great cafés, a gym, and a public library. The lively Dapper Market is within walking distance for fresh produce and local finds. Nature lovers will enjoy Flevopark—a green escape with a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a beautiful natural area by the Nieuwe Diep.

Getting around is easy, with tram and bus stops nearby and quick access to the A10 ring road.

Our house in situated right in the middle of a traditional Spanish village, and has wonderful views onto the surrounding mountains. We came to live here because of its great location, access to nature, and still only 40 minutes away from the vibrant city of Valencia. Our home is cosy, and has recently been renovated, with a modern, eclectic feel. From the home it is just a few steps to the local bakery for your daily fresh bread, and some cafes and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away by car, as is the Park and Ride for easy access into the city by train. 
In the summer there is a wonderful community swimming pool where you can relax under the trees and enjoy a dip to cool off. Our roof terrace is great for evening drinks and to enjoy the silence and starry nights. In July and August the village boasts free concerts and other fun events. Otherwise, it is a quiet village where you will sleep undisturbed! 

The mountains around offer numerous walks and cycle trails, and it us a great place to be active if you are into hiking or mountain biking. We have a couple of bicycles available for use. 

The city of Valencia is amazing for your cultural fix, with historical buildings, museums and a 9km ling riverbed park which is great to cycle through (plenty of bike hires there!). And last but not least, there is the beach! It is a 40 minutes away from drive to the nearest beach from Olocau, or you can visit the ones in Valencia city. 

A stay at our house means a fantastic mix of nature and culture, and of course plenty of sunshine.

Bright and serene space with modern feel

My home is a modern flat in the outskirts of  Madrid, in a peaceful area with plenty of nature around. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the city center, which you can reach by bus or train in about 30 minutes (or a 15 minute car ride).

The house itself has a cozy kitchen where you can prepare a nice dinner, three rooms with one being specially prepared for remote work and a nice living room with a TV. Also, there’s a 25 m2 terrace in which you can have breakfast or just relax almost anytime in the year, with plenty of sun in the morning (east oriented) and flowers. The terrace is in front of the shared green areas and the swimming pool, which is open from June to September. There are only 18 neighbors and many don’t use the swimming pool, so it’s often empty and just for yourself.

The heat and cold system is underfloor, so there’s no AC but it’s actually nice and chilly even in the summer. You can also have a bath in one of the bathrooms, or a shower in the other (there’s only a very small step, so it’s pretty accesible). If you have any doubts, please ask me and I’ll be glad to help!

Our place as a double bed room and a single bed room that we use to store clothes/ dry clothes or for our friends when they are coming. It doesn’t have curtains.

The living room and the kitchen are in the same space. It’s fully equipped. 

I love the details on the ceiling! The neighborhood is quiet and we live at 1 minutes away from the subway (line 13) and 45 minutes from Orly airport ( line 14 then 13) so it’s very convenient. 

We have the best bakery just in front the house and also a very good cheese shop.

You have many good places to eat at  10 minutes waking (or closer but my favorites are at 10 min).

Feel free to ask me for advice if you want to eat/visit because I work in restaurant and travel industry.

"My home is a loft in a old former flour mill, located on the border between the Poblenou neighborhood (a former fishing district) and Villa Olímpica (a quiet neighborhood by the sea, built for the Barcelona '92 Olympics). It is very peaceful and sunny, and the community is very friendly, with people from all over the world living here. My favorite part is the Eames chair where I read and listen to vinyl records. The kitchen opens to the living room, with a social sofa for dinners with friends. I have a small station for stretching and doing basic exercises. The house is filled with Spanish and European designer furniture and lamps. Upstairs is the bedroom with an open shower that overlooks the terrace, and a study with a desk for two people. The floor is artisanal and leads to the terrace, where you can enjoy the plants and the sun."

Welcome to my beloved home. It is a quiet flat on the third floor with a lift, with minimalist decoration, home to many plants and an old cat, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

What I like most about my home is its simplicity and visual cleanliness, with lots of light and a lovely terrace.

It is located in the Polígono ISO, in the San Isidro district, where many artists and craftsmen have their workshops. A neighbourhood with real life, not manufactured for tourism, with its own flavour and personality. A neighbourhood of great diversity and cultural richness, both Latin American and Spanish. Here you will find traditional Spanish bars as well as delicious Peruvian and Cuban restaurants. 

My neighbourhood is connected to the centre of Madrid by 2 direct metro lines, several bus lines and the BiciMad electric bike service. You can be in the centre in 20 minutes by public transport. So you can enjoy the centre as much as you want, but you don't have to live there. 

My apartment is next to the beautiful San Isidro Park and Madrid Rio (Manzanares), where you can enjoy long walks and the best views. And very close to the Casa de Campo de Madrid, our lungs.

Important things to know: I am a former smoker, so I am very grateful that there is no smoking in the house!

Our neighbourhood is a very peaceful family friendly area. There are a number of grocery stores within walking distance from the house, the train and bust stops are also close by (train is about 10mins walk, but stop is 1 minute).

We have created a cozy family friendly oasis, where we as a family enjoy time together cooking, watching movies, enjoying a BBQ weekend with friends in our backyard. Our 3rd room is a kids room, only has a crib, no bed.
