You can see all the mountain chains surrounding Grenoble from our penthouse apartment: Chartreuse from the kitchen, Belledonne and Vercors from the terrace. During the day every corner of the apartment can be bathed in sunlight. During the night, you can enjoy a glass of wine stargazing on the peaceful terrace deck (it’s of course also for morning yoga, afternoon read and nap, or barbecue with the mountains in the background).

Location location location. Right beneath one of the biggest inner city parks in the world just above the hip and happening area la Condessa and right next to Juarez and La Roma five minutes away is Reforma one of the most vibrant and most historical important streets in Mexico City. The apartments is on the fourth floor towards the back, overlooking the green and the birds you will have a silent stay since it is very quiet and you just hear the animals. right in the same street are several galleries already and the apartment is located within the gallery District. It’s considered very safe and earthquake safe you have beautiful cafés, hip restaurants and classic quesadilla booths right on the street . very Bahamian and quiet . the architecture of the house is special. It has been built in the late 70s by a Mexican Architect. You could say the house is called Casa organic since the front of the house has a very distinct organic shape . the apartment itself there’s wooden floor lots of space lots of lights a California King with beautiful linen, the kitchen, beautiful Japanese inspired living room mixed with Mexican art and a very spacious bathroom with a big bath tub, a shower and a double sink and a toilet attached. Anything else you need in order to comfort comfort your stay you’ll have within five or 10 minutes around you.  just enjoy.!

Gorgeous sunset views from backyard and mountain views from upstairs bedrooms. Bathrooms remodeled December 2024. Garage parking for 2 cars plus driveway. Safe, family oriented cul-de-sac. Neighborhood includes 2 community pools/hot tubs, playgrounds, extensive walking/hiking/biking. Walking distance to golf club, restaurants, hair/nail salons. Extremely close to world class shopping and dining. 4th bedroom is currently set up as double bed/office combo but bed can be removed and offoce setup can be moved to master bedroom or living room. We do have pets but they will go on holiday while we travel too.

The expansive backyard, surrounded by towering trees, provides a peaceful escape into nature.

Prime Location for Nature and City Access:

We’re located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood just a short drive from everything North Vancouver and downtown have to offer. Grouse Mountain is right next door, with skiing, snowboarding, and the iconic Grouse Grind hike. Other nearby attractions include:

▫️Capilano Suspension Bridge – a must-visit for breathtaking views. 2min drive

▫️Cleveland Dam & Capilano River Trails – perfect for scenic walks. 2min drive 

▫️Lynn Canyon Park – another great spot for hiking and a free suspension bridge. 10min drive 

▫️Downtown Vancouver – only a 20-minute drive for top restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Car convenience  – While there’s public transit, having a car makes it easier to explore the mountains and surrounding areas. We drive to downtown everyday and it takes us about 20mins. 

Food & Coffee Enthusiasts – We love discovering great restaurants, cafés, and cocktail spots and are happy to share our recommendations.

Quiet & Private – The home is tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, offering a true escape while still being close to the city.

Come for house, stay for the view. We love our forever home in West Seattle. A mid-century modern home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and two living areas. The view from our giant windows and deck showcases Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains on a sunny day! And if you look, you’ll even see our local ferry (to Vashon Island). Lincoln Park is a ¾ walk, with access the playgrounds, a wading pool and tons of beach access. Our home is walkable to the local corner grocery, restaurant, bakery, and pizza shop. We’re 20 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown proper (also accessible via water taxi from Alki).
