What to expect from Kindred’s cleaners

We professionally clean your home before and after every trip.

We clean all main surfaces

Mop and/or vacuum all floors and carpets
Clean toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs
Wipe down mirrors, countertops, tables, and appliance exteriors (microwave, stovetop)
We do not clean the interior of refrigerator, oven, or other appliances
We do not clean windows or baseboards

For check-in only

We make all guest beds

Make beds with the clean linens you leave on the bed
(If applicable) Put away personal sheets, towels, and bath mat in the designated location

For checkout only

We wash and dry used linens

Wash and dry (or hang to dry) guest towels, sheets, duvet covers, and bath mat
Remake the beds with your preferred linens - please leave out a clean set if separate from the guest linens

We remove trash and lock doors

Remove trash from all trash cans (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms)
Return keys to access location (e.g. lockbox, Keycafe, etc)

Please note we cannot accommodate any bespoke cleaning requests. Cleaning might look different from country-to-country. Please message Kindred Concierge if you have any questions about your upcoming Kindred cleanings.

Cleanings take approximately 2-4 hours.
