Our charming little villa is a peaceful home close to the vineyards of Grinzing in Vienna. Sounds far away from the city center. But the fantastic thing is: you take the tram and ride it straight to the inner city in approx 25 mins. 
The house is an oldie but Goldie. We tried to keep it as original as possible. That’s what makes it as charming as it is. 
In winter warm and cosy, in summer cool with a touch of a mediterran flair ❤️
Surrounded by a spacious garden with its old trees, you can either enjoy building a snow man in winter or jumping into the little pool, work out at the crossfit rack or just chill under the apricot tree. If you come in June you‘ll even be able to pick some cherries from the tree or make yourself elderberry juice.

Historic Edinburgh Old Town Haven of Calm

A very warm welcome to Edinburgh's vibrant Old Town!

You will have sole use of the complete apartment which used to be our home when we were students many years ago!!! (don't worry; it has been renovated a few times since!!).

When we are on holiday we are always so pleased when we find a place to stay where careful thought has been paid to the comfort and well being of us as guests! 

How often have you checked into a faceless hotel where although the fixtures and fittings are of highest quality; there is something missing - personality!

Our one bedroomed flat (apartment) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Edinburgh just off the top of the Royal Mile, near Edinburgh Castle.

This is a fantastic location to explore all the attractions Edinburgh has to offer and is as lively as any major city in Europe.

The apartment opens onto the vibrant Cockburn Street which is packed full of pubs, restaurants, individual fashion shops (not chains!), antique shops, convenience stores and art galleries.

Our neighbourhood can only be described as dynamic! We are in the heart of the Old Town which means pubs, restaurants etc. yet all with a historical backdrop. Edinburgh has one of the best nightlife in the world and yet it also has great shopping, museums, galleries etc. etc. and shopping of course.

Although we live in a thriving area our apartment is at the rear of the building so is really eerily quiet! 

Also we are on the top floor of the building but due to the slope of the hill our entrance is at ground level - so no stairs to climb!

Sunny and charming Bezirk Treptow-Köpenick home

Neighborhood: right at the canal, just seconds away from Kreuzbergs lovely Maybachufer. It is located perfectly in the middle of a lot of parks (Görlitzer, Treptower Park) and the famous Weserstr. where you can find some of the best bars in Berlin. 

Apartment: my little, sunny haven. The perfect spot to rest and recover from the wild Berlin nightlife. It’s calm and sunny, the balcony & bedroom is directing southwards, it’s the perfect sunny morning coffee spot. The living room with its vintage Bang&Olufsen soundsystem from 1986. You connect with the Bluetooth adapter and enjoy your fav playlist while you plan your trip or spend your workday on the workstation which face the windows. A bright working environment is guaranteed. You will look great on your zoom calls! 
Or you can just hangout on the modular couch which you can transform easily to a conversation pit and enjoy a movie on the projector.

Kitchen: Red tiles combined with wooden and stainless steel accents. It’s a small but great spot to cook and hangout. Good pretty much everything on equipment you will need including a Japanese knife (please handle with care, it’s sharp, really sharp)

Peaceful and modern Paris home

My home is located in one the most modern neighborhoods of Paris in the 13th arrondissement right in front if the Seine river and a short tram ride to the Vincennes forest!

This is a 1-bedroom apartment ideal for couples but it can also host up to 4 people since there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. 

You can enjoy a breathtaking view of Paris from my large terrace where you can hang out and eat, it’s basically a second living room.

There is a piano for fellow pianists who need to play and practice while travelling.

There is a large desk and monitor in the bedroom for WFH.

The area is quiet and calm and close to multiple parks: Bercy park is a 10-minute walk away.

My place is a short 15 minute car ride away from Orly airport. 

The closest metro station (Bibliothèque François Mitterrand on line 14) is a 10-min walk away and takes you to the center of paria in less than 10 minutes. Lines 8 and 7 are also accessible with the Tram.

A bike sharing station is available in the street.
